GemFolio（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」）をよくお読みください。本アプリをインストールまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（本アプリの目的）
本アプリは、ユーザーが所有する宝石・鉱石などのコレクションを記録・管理することを目的とした、個人向けのポートフォリオアプリです。
第2条（利用資格）
本アプリはすべての年齢のユーザーを対象としています。13歳未満のユーザーが本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。
第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリを違法な目的のために使用すること
- 本アプリのソースコードをリバースエンジニアリングすること
- 本アプリを通じて第三者の権利を侵害すること
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
第4条（免責事項）
本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。当方は本アプリの完全性・正確性・有用性について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの使用または使用不能によって生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（データの取扱い）
本アプリに入力されたデータはすべてお使いの端末内に保存されます。当方のサーバーへデータが送信されることはありません。なお、アプリ品質向上を目的として、画面遷移・機能利用状況等の統計情報をFirebase Analyticsを通じて収集することがあります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第6条（アプリ内課金）
本アプリは一部有料機能（スタンダードプラン・プレミアムプラン・応援サブスク）を提供します。iOS版の購入はApple App Storeを通じて行われます。支払い・返金に関するポリシーはAppleの規約に従います。
第7条（規約の変更）
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、第9条に記載の開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GemFolio (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The App is a personal portfolio tool for recording and managing collections of gemstones and minerals.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
The App is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental consent to use the App.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer the App's source code
- Infringe on the rights of any third party through the App
- Interfere with the operation of the App
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
Article 5 (Data Handling)
All data entered in the App is stored on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers. For analytics purposes, usage statistics may be collected via Firebase Analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Article 6 (In-App Purchases)
The App offers optional paid features (Standard plan, Premium plan, and Supporter subscription). iOS purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment and refund policies follow Apple's terms.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 8 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's place of residence.
